In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms have the meanings ascribed to them below unless context clearly requires otherwise:

Access to and use of the ipo188 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and at all times during continued use of the Platform:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. The ipo188 platform does not permit access by persons under the age of 21 under any circumstances.
• Jurisdiction: You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which doing so is not prohibited by applicable law. ipo188 primarily serves residents of Indonesia. By registering, you represent that your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. You must not be under any legal disability or court order that would restrict your ability to enter into a contract.
• Single account: Each individual person may hold only one Account on the Platform. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
• No self-exclusion: You must not be subject to an active self-exclusion order, either issued by ipo188 or pursuant to any applicable regulatory scheme.
• Not an ipo188 employee: Current employees, officers, contractors, and immediate family members of ipo188 are not eligible to hold a Member account or place wagers on the Platform.

To use the real-money services of the ipo188 platform, you must register an Account. By submitting a registration application, you warrant and represent as follows:

• All information provided during registration — including your name, date of birth, address, mobile number, and bank account details — is accurate, complete, and up to date.
• You will update your account information promptly if any details change, and you will notify ipo188 support if you become ineligible to hold an Account.
• You are the rightful owner of any bank account or e-wallet linked to your ipo188 Account. Deposits and withdrawals may only be made to and from payment methods registered in your own name.
• You will maintain the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your Account, whether or not authorized by you.
• You will not share, sell, transfer, or otherwise allow any other person to use your Account credentials or access your Account.

KYC Verification. ipo188 reserves the right to require identity and address verification at any time, including before processing any withdrawal. Verification documents may include a government-issued identity document (KTP, SIM, or passport), proof of address, and confirmation of the bank account or e-wallet used for transactions. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documentation within the timeframe specified by ipo188 may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges or Account closure.

Account Security. You are responsible for ensuring that your login credentials are kept secure. If you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, you must contact ipo188 support immediately via the live chat channel. ipo188 will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorized access where you have failed to safeguard your credentials.

All financial transactions on the ipo188 platform are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The following conditions apply to deposits and withdrawals:

Deposits. ipo188 accepts deposits via Indonesian bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI, Bank Permata) and via supported e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000. Deposits are credited to your Account upon confirmation of receipt, typically within minutes of the transaction being completed at your bank or e-wallet provider.

Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same bank account or e-wallet from which the corresponding deposit was made, or to a verified account in your name. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. ipo188 aims to process all withdrawal requests within 15 minutes of submission. Processing times may be affected by bank or e-wallet operating hours, KYC requirements, or security reviews.

• Withdrawals are only permitted to accounts in the Member's own name. Third-party withdrawals are prohibited.
• ipo188 may request proof of payment method ownership before processing any withdrawal exceeding a threshold set at ipo188's discretion.
• ipo188 reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests and to delay processing if a security review is in progress.
• Members who have claimed a bonus may be subject to a minimum wagering requirement before a withdrawal can be processed. The applicable requirement will be stated in the specific bonus terms.
• ipo188 does not charge a fee for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which ipo188 bears no responsibility.

ipo188 may, at its discretion, offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional rewards to Members. The following general terms apply to all ipo188 promotions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Wagering requirements. All bonus funds are subject to a wagering (turnover) requirement before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. The applicable multiplier and qualifying games are specified in each promotion's individual terms.
• Eligibility. Each promotion specifies the eligibility criteria — including minimum deposit, qualifying games, and the time window during which a bonus may be claimed. ipo188 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• One bonus per household. Unless otherwise stated, bonuses are limited to one per Member, household, IP address, device, and payment method.
• Expiry. Bonus funds and any associated wagering requirements must be met within the expiry period specified in the promotion. Unclaimed or expired bonuses are forfeited automatically.
• No cash value. Bonus funds have no cash value until the applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly.
• Abuse prevention. ipo188 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reverse any bonus where there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of bonus abuse, including the use of low-risk betting strategies specifically to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk exposure.
• Amendment and withdrawal. ipo188 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already credited to a Member's Account will remain valid under the terms in effect at the time of issuance.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ipo188 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and potential referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or during KYC verification.
• Accessing or attempting to access the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Operating more than one Account, whether under your own identity or under a false identity.
• Colluding with other Members to manipulate game outcomes or exploit any feature of the Platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other programs to interact with the Platform, place wagers, or exploit any game or promotion.
• Exploiting errors, glitches, or technical faults in any game, system, or payment process. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a technical error are void.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using the Platform to deposit, cycle, or withdraw funds for any purpose other than genuine gaming activity.
• Engaging in charge-backs, reversed transactions, or any payment dispute with your bank or e-wallet provider in respect of a valid deposit made to your ipo188 Account.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise gain access to the source code of any software on the Platform.

All games offered on the ipo188 platform operate in accordance with the published rules of the respective game studio or sports data provider. By placing a wager, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules.

• RNG Certification. All random number generator (RNG)-based games on the Platform — including slots, virtual sports, and number games — are sourced from studios whose RNG systems hold independent third-party certification. Certified studios include Pragmatic Play, Microgaming, NetEnt, PG Soft, and Spribe.
• Live dealer games. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical game elements — cards, wheels, dice — as dealt or spun by a certified live dealer on camera. No software substitution of any live game outcome takes place.
• Sports betting. Sports wagers are settled in accordance with the official result of the relevant competition as determined by the applicable governing body. In the event of result disputes, the governing body's determination is final.

• Minimum and maximum wager limits. Each game and market has its own minimum and maximum wager limits as displayed within the game interface. These limits may be changed by ipo188 at any time and may vary between standard accounts and VIP-tier accounts.

All content on the ipo188 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, trademarks, and domain names — is the property of ipo188 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal gaming entertainment. This license does not permit you to copy, reproduce, publish, distribute, sell, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on any content or software on the Platform, whether in whole or in part, without the prior written consent of ipo188.

Game software and content provided by third-party studios (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, and others) is licensed to ipo188 and governed by the intellectual property rights of those respective studios. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights of such studios to you.

ipo188 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected by ipo188 includes, but is not limited to, your name, date of birth, address, identity document details, mobile number, bank account information, IP address, device identifiers, and game activity records. This data is used for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, responsible gaming compliance, and improvement of the Platform.

ipo188 does not sell personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities as required by law or for the operation of the Platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ipo188 excludes all liability to you for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, anticipated savings, business opportunity, goodwill, or data arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive loss or damage, however arising, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise.
• Losses arising from network outages, server downtime, maintenance periods, or technical faults outside ipo188's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from unauthorized access to your Account where you have failed to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Losses arising from reliance on any information published on the Platform, including game rules, odds, and promotional terms, which may be subject to change.

Nothing in these Terms limits ipo188's liability for death or personal injury caused by ipo188's own negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Termination by ipo188. ipo188 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where ipo188 has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The Member has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The Member's Account is being used for fraudulent, unlawful, or abusive purposes.
• The Member has provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Continued operation of the Account presents a financial, legal, or reputational risk to ipo188 or its partners.
• The Member has failed to satisfy KYC requirements within the specified timeframe.

Upon closure of an Account for breach of these Terms, ipo188 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach involving fraud, bonus abuse, or prohibited conduct, ipo188 may forfeit some or all of the Account balance.

Termination by Member. You may close your Account at any time by contacting ipo188 support. Upon Account closure at your request, any real-money balance will be returned to your verified bank account or e-wallet after deduction of any bonus funds subject to outstanding wagering requirements.

ipo188 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Members via a notice on the Platform no less than seven days before the amended Terms take effect. Non-material changes (such as typographical corrections or clarifications that do not alter the substantive rights of Members) may take effect immediately upon publication.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to close your Account. Any balance remaining in your Account at the time of closure will be returned to your verified payment method, subject to any outstanding wagering requirements.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them — whether contractual, tortious, statutory, or otherwise — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international commercial law principles as adopted by the Platform's regulatory framework.

ipo188 operates as a licensed and internationally regulated gaming platform. Members access the Platform from Indonesia at their own initiative and are responsible for ensuring their use is consistent with local laws. ipo188 does not represent that the Platform is legal or appropriate for use in any specific jurisdiction, and makes no warranties to that effect.

Any dispute arising between a Member and ipo188 that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of a recognized international arbitration institution. The arbitration shall be conducted in English. Each party shall bear its own costs unless the arbitral tribunal determines otherwise.
